The Impact of 4×25 MW Solar Power Plant Integration on the Stability of the 150 kV Power System in Bali
Frequency Stability Analysis of the Bali 150 kV Transmission System

Studi ini menganalisis dampak integrasi Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) 100 MW (4×25 MW) terhadap stabilitas frekuensi sistem tenaga listrik di jaringan transmisi 150 kV di Bali. Simulasi dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak DIgSILENT PowerFactory dengan metode Simulasi Load Flow dan RMS, yang mencakup skenario gangguan seperti peningkatan beban hingga 60%, pemadaman generator (Gilimanuk dan Pemaron), dan pengaruh pengaturan proteksi sistem. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tanpa pengaturan proteksi yang tepat, integrasi PLTS menyebabkan penurunan frekuensi di bawah ambang batas minimum (47,76 Hz) dan Laju Perubahan Frekuensi (ROCOF) yang tinggi (-1,21 Hz/s), yang menimbulkan risiko pemutusan sistem. Setelah mengonfigurasi relai proteksi (underfrekuensi, undervoltage, dan df/dt), stabilitas sistem membaik; frekuensi dipertahankan dalam rentang 48–52 Hz, dan ROCOF menurun di bawah -0,5 Hz/s. Oleh karena itu, integrasi PLTS skala besar dapat diimplementasikan dengan aman tanpa mengorbankan stabilitas sistem, asalkan konfigurasi proteksi yang tepat telah diterapkan. Penelitian ini mendukung implementasi energi bersih di Bali dan menjadi referensi untuk mengintegrasikan sumber energi terbarukan ke dalam sistem kelistrikan yang ada.
