Abstract

Pemantauan asupan kalori memerlukan alat yang mampu mengukur berat makanan secara akurat dan memberikan hasil yang konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis akurasi dan repeatabilitas timbangan digital berbasis Internet of Things untuk estimasi kalori makanan. Sistem menggunakan ESP32, load cell, modul HX711, LCD, dan platform Blynk untuk menampilkan berat serta estimasi kalori secara real-time. Pengujian dilakukan pada tujuh tingkat beban acuan, yaitu 50, 100, 150, 200, 300, 400, dan 500 gram, dengan lima kali pengulangan pada setiap beban sehingga diperoleh 35 data pengukuran. Kinerja alat dianalisis menggunakan mean absolute error, root mean square error, persentase kesalahan, standar deviasi, coefficient of variation, regresi linear, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan MAE sebesar 0,423 gram, RMSE 0,505 gram, dan rata-rata persentase kesalahan absolut 0,193%. Nilai coefficient of variation maksimum sebesar 0,316%, sedangkan regresi menghasilkan R² sebesar 0,999999. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sistem memiliki akurasi, linearitas, dan repeatabilitas yang baik pada rentang pengukuran yang diuji serta berpotensi digunakan untuk pemantauan porsi makanan secara praktis.
